Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached and original packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return Please contact us at admin@japanonlinetour.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the return process. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for international orders.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale items and gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Exchanges To exchange an item, please return the original and place a new order.

EU Customers EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under applicable law.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
